iptables saveが失敗する。 restorecon: command not found

iptables saveを行うと、エラーが出る。

iptables: Saving firewall rules to /etc/sysconfig/iptables: /etc/init.d/iptables: line 274: restorecon: command not found```
 ここによると、iptablesがpolicycoreutils というパッケージに依存しているが上手く入っていないために発生するようだ。
